Induction Program - along with an introduction to the organisation we focus on

• Raising self-awareness and facilitator/peer feedback
• Developing interpersonal communication skills
• Equip leaders with Teamwork & Problem solving skills using Team Management Wheel principles.
• Forming lasting relationships and professional networks with peers.
• Leaders identifying with the vision and culture of their employer organization.

Leadership Development - Leaders in the organization experience an intensive three day „Leadership Journey“ including:

• Introduction to Linking Leadership theory & team facilitation skills
• Expedition style bush journey to practice leadership, planning and problem solving skills
• Peer & facilitator feedback
• Building self-confidence by stretching their comfort zone in an unfamiliar environment.
• Outdoor Team Building

The first step in achieving and building strong interpersonal relationships in a team is a „shared experience“ that involves working together on tasks which are unfamiliar and which require a degree of interdependence. This quickly builds trust and rapport amongst people. To rely on others in ways which are not normal for individuals in a work environment creates mutual respect for others in the workplace. The shared experience will bond employees for many years to come.
